工作流程：Working principle

簡介：Introduction

SP-180G是我司研發的一（yī）款全自動給袋式包裝機.可用於平袋、自立袋，小規格（gé）成品預（yù）製袋的灌裝和封口，選用不同的下料係統（tǒng）可以包裝（zhuāng）液體、粉劑、顆粒等無特（tè）粘性物料（liào）。

本機充填和封口是相對獨立的係統。兩（liǎng）個係（xì）統通過機械聯動及可編程（chéng）序控製器(PLC)進行協調聯動二可適用於客戶（hù）不同袋子尺寸要求自動完成送袋，開袋，填充，封口等全自（zì）動過程（chéng）。

SP-1806 is a full automatic horizontal preformed bag packing machine, suitable to the pillow hag, stand up pouch,small size pre一（yī）make bag filling and sealing.Working with different filling systeman be using to pack material like:liquid,powder, gramule, mom-sticky product.The bag forming and filling system are total separate.Using mechanical linkageand PLC control can meet different bag size packing requirement to achieve bag aelivering,opening,filling and sealingwhale process.

適用範圍：Scope of application

1、固體類（lèi）:糖果，餅幹，花生，青豆（dòu），開心果，醬菜，膨化食品等。

    Solid species:candy,biscuit,peanut,green bean,pistachio,cooked food，pickles etc.

2.顆粒（lì）類:豆類，結晶昧精，顆粒狀藥品，膠墓，種子，化學調料，雞精，瓜子，農藥，肥料，飼料等。

    Granule species:relish,sodium glutamate,granulardug，seed.chemisty comdiment,chicke essence,melon seeds    mut pesticide,fertilizer etc.

3、粉劑類:調味品，奶（nǎi）粉，葡萄糖，肥皂粉，化學調料，農藥，肥料等。

    Liquid species:detergent,soy sauce, vinegar etcl

4.液體類:洗滌劑，醬（jiàng）油，米（mǐ）醋，果汁，飲料等

    Thick liquid speciesaomato ketchup,peanut butter, jam etc

5、醬體類:番茄醬，花生醬，果醬，辣椒醬，豆瓣醬等。

    Scattered substances species:grain,spaghetti,beans,bean products, puffed food,stationery, commodity etc.

6、其他可袋裝物料。

6、啟動檢測功能，如不（bú）開袋（dài）或開袋不完整（zhěng）時，不加料，不熱封，袋子可再次利用（yòng），不浪費物料。
